I agree with you, and will probably do exactly as you've said.
It won't be the first time we've done this. In 2008 my spouse and I were so disturbed at the prospect of an Obama presidency that we went all out for McCain (though McCain was our absolute LAST CHOICE for Republican standard bearer).
We even traveled to Pennsylvania to go knocking on doors -- paid our own fare and hotel, and worked for days doing get-out-the-vote. People were friendly, opened their doors to us and listened.
But there was no way efforts like ours could overcome the overwhelming voter fraud that was perpetrated in Philadelphia. How are we going to stop that from happening again?
I fear fraud will be a problem in Virginia. And too few people volunteer to watch the vote being counted in places where fraud is a possibility.
Ultimately I think we don”t have a choice but to do our best. The alternative is a Hitlery presidency which will more than likely result in significant civil unrest. Not to mention just completely sucking.
