The plebecide that followed the Reichstag's vote was free and fair. The Reichstag's vote itself had the storm troopers outside threating to kill people if they didn't vote for it, much how the vote to remove the president of the Ukraine happened after the US backed coup.

And no I'm saying that Hitler kept winning votes with the public because until 1943 the country kept improving under him.
