Scalia is dead.
The court is deadlocked now at 4:4 on any matter involving electoral shenanigans.
Any fraud that is upheld by the lower courts will face the 4:4 deadlock and will thus stand.
Therefore, no matter how obvious and blatant the fraud is in some states the vote will be upheld...they could have 160% dem turnout in large swing-state cities and it would stand.
How convenient for the rats that Scalia is gone.
I’m pretty sure the state supreme courts will be the ones doing the judging on their own state’s issues. (Like in Florida with Bush v. Gore...)
