Makes you wonder. Just look at and compare the 1959 family photo of Sr. with the Hawaii departure shot on the dock with his classmates and friends including, apparently, Stanley Armour Dunham and other HI shots such as when he is giving the anti-Vietnam War speech. He appears to have aged during his three years there.
He has such a “baby” face in the 1959 picture!
That image isn't clear enough to date him, and the group photograph 'on the dock' is entirely without provenance, the identification of some members of that group seems to indicate that the photograph was taken in 1970-71 when the Kenyan visited Hawaii.
