***2.5 hours for the police to arrive?***
In the olden days a group of “concerned citizens” would have alleviated the problem - permanently before the po-lice arrived.
When it takes 2.5 hours for police to arrive for something as egregious as this, and the monsters and their monstrous parents are not then taken in custody and charged it is both a dereliction of duty and a statement on how the supposed law is not the law, just force is, which is an invitation to lynch mobs. Further, it is hard to see how the money paid to these supposed LEO’s is at all justified, and shouldn’t have been better spent on sturdy rope.
