He is endorsing the same "big lie" that the entire liberal establishment has endorsed: that some compromise is possible between Islam and Western civilization. That is what they want us all to believe. These crazies are a tiny minority of "extremists"; the vast majority of Moslems want to assimilate, integrate, and be good citizens; any disagreement with this position is "Islamophobia".
And it is all a lie. He knows it to be a lie. And he spreads the lie because he too hates Western civilization and wants to help the Moslems destroy it.
