Eventually these pukes are going to hurt the family member of someone they don’t even know exists. And then that person is going to exterminate them wholesale.
It really wouldn’t be that hard. I know several people who could do it. They’re mostly called “engineers” and “physicists.”
PS Nukes are 70 year old tech. Anyone who doesn’t think a skilled and modernly trained engineer or physicist couldn’t bring that level of pain with just a little backing is an idiot.
