Donald Trump got in a lot of trouble for criticizing the Mexican heritage of the judge that is presiding over the Trump University case.
It obviously wasn’t his best moment but the media is overlooking the connection between this judge and La Raza which is a radical leftist group that basically doesn’t believe in borders and violently attacks anyone that disagrees with them.
That is a huge factor in determining whether or not this judge can be fair in the case.
That’s exactly what we saw from them in San Jose over the weekend.

He should file a legal complaint for the judge top recuse himself or have him removed for COI. He should also apologize for his statement which may have offended anyone but not back down and clearly state his case based upon the revelations coming out. It is fair and just and no one can deny him that. Also he should go after Hillary (The Imperial Slug) with both barrels on her dirty deeds. It is highly possible for him to be vindicated of this situation and use this against Hillary too.
The judge is biased and should have recused himself.
The judge belonging to any organization based on ethnicity brings his ethnicity and fairness into question whether it’s La Raza or not. One ethnic lawyer group he belongs to formally called for a boycott of all Trump properties last year.

Unless “La Raza Lawyers Association” specializes solely in matters pertaining to the Indy 500 or the Boston Marathon, or maybe the Kentucky Derby, there is no other rationale for that name other than the obvious. The name is not “similar” to “La Raza.” It is an extension of it. The group’s choice of name is absolutely intended to openly advertise the philosophical foundation of its members.

this judge belongs to a racist group which ACTUALLY ADVOCATES THE OVERTHROW OF THE USA! not even pretend loyalty.
This is not judge shopping since the new judge would be randomly assigned as this one.
The even bigger story is here. The judge is a lifetime member of another group (per his Senate Judiciary Committee questionnaire) that started a boycott against Trump and all his businesses back in July of 2015. This presents not just some theoretical conflict, but actual concrete, irrefutable proof of what Trump has been saying about the guy. The group is the
Hispanic National Bar Association.
