dragons=0
khalesi=0
someone pounding snot out of sparrow=0
john snow actually doing anything=0
the hound doing something other than chopping wood=0
ironborn sailors doing anything other than drinking=0
arya stabbing the mean girl=0, in fact we went backward on that one
All of that is overshadowed by the amazingness that is Lady Lyanna Mormont. Lyanna for Iron Throne '16!
I had the same thoughts, but ... how can you put on the face of someone who is not dead? (They have to be removed). However, this theory could be full of holes, because I seem to remember Jaqen having Arya’s face when he blinded her.
And the war is coming, I await the moment when Dany’s combined army meets with the Greyjoy fleet and the cross the ocean.
I want to see Uncle Greyjoy dangling from a yardarm.
LOL
Horrid time killing episode. The Starks siblings looked like a couple of deer in the headlights. Let me get this straight, John faces wildlings, white walkers and dies and he is afraid of a little girl and a bunch of other sniveling lords?!?! Sansa is like, “ let’s retake Winterfell” and “yo Littlefinger, go eff yourself” and all she can do is whine about owing allegiance to House Stark.
Meanwhile, Arya bad ass can’t see that shit coming!?!? What, did you miss the many faces portion of the training program?
I want to see Sansa getting revenge on Bolton, which is looking possible, and she is very determined this season.
That wasn’t Arya that got stabbed on the bridge. It was Jaqen H’ghar disguised as Arya. That’s why no sword, that’s why she had bags of cash, that’s why Jaqen H’ghar’s theme music was playing in the background during the scene.
That’s even higher on the list.
When she’s done with him he does need to be dog food, of course.
Weiss, Benioff and co. need to be careful, because the more crowd-pleasing resurrections they pull, the further the stakes fall. Arya is currently stumbling around Braavos, holding her gut, which has just been stabbed multiple times. Shell likely survive. What a shame.

What is interesting to me was the leader of the Brotherhood guys that attacked the people the Hound was hanging with was Lem Lemoncloak from the books. In the books, he is one of the original Brotherhood guys we meet, along with Anguy the archer, Tom the minstrel, Thoros, Beric, etc, but they never had him on the show. He’s also the only major Brotherhood character whose backstory is a total mystery.
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they cast Lem instead of having another guy who has already appeared in the show leading that band, or just some random person. I think Lem (and his unknown backstory) is going to come into play and that is why they introduced his character like that.
Wha??
the 10 year old kid?
It was Arya. The actress well help her.
Damn right! If Lady Lyanna had dragons, this whole thing would’ve been over two or three seasons ago.
I heard the theory that the publicly flamboyant Arya was actually Jaquen wearing her face, to take the blow.
A. test whether the Waif did it mercifully - fail
B. pay back Arya for the third life he owed her - his own
How did Jaquen H’ghar shrink?
The irony is - the Mountain already died.
Does Clegane as a living man have any better chance against the zombie Mountain brother? Or less?
Does Yara’s standing with her men help if the last brother is on her side?
