Sedition??? “Conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.” I see no incitement in his speech. Far from it. He’s speaking for himself, not others.

Weren’t the founding fathers therefore seditious?

Please find me a list of people executed for Sedition in the last 200 years. In fact, find me even one.

A private citizen making a statement against his government isn’t sedition. Its called free speech. Look it up. If it was, given the current government, half the people on this board would be guilty of sedition.

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

And, by the way. Scum Ali did not refuse to serve due to conscientious objection. He refused because he hated the US and answered to another power, the Nation of Islam. Should have been shot.
