I keep waiting for Trumps attorney’s to ask the judge to recuse himself.
Maybe they already did awhile ago, but I can’t find anything on it.

this is the kind of sh*t Paul Ryan is okay with.
The stated goal of the group is :
“The purpose and goal of this Association is to promote the interests of the Latino communities throughout the state and the professional interests of the membership.”
That stated goal which the judge endorses makes him unworthy of the position of judge as he openly endorses racist goals. I’d move to not only have him step aside in this case but force him to be fired or impeached as a white KKK member who is a judge would be forced to.
If they have “links and affiliations” then surely you should and can show what they are, for the edification of all. I see none of this, just a bunch of assumed know it all behavior.

Judge Curiel is associated with a racist organization. That racist organization opposes Trump politically.
Judge Curiel’s impartiality may reasonably be questioned, he should recuse himself.
I guess “THE RACE” wants a war.
Their Country was defeated soundly and Treaties were made.

Show me where they have a desire to do anything that is just.
Mexico is rich in resources and location yet cannot create a viable government for their people.

Suppose the KKK was a huge problem and the judge was a member of the “KKK Lawyers Association”. Suppose further that Trump wanted all KKK members to be prosecuted. Then a case to which Trump is a party comes before the judge.
Judge Curiel’s conflict is clear.
Thanks for digging into this. I wasn’t here to perversely deny such a possibility, but I wanted to see how it was known.
The National Council (note spelling) of La Raza is a perverse political organization, and adverse to Trump’s politics. If Curiel is in this position, Trump’s counsel should definitely be Mexican hot-peppering Curiel with recusal motions. If it’s wrong for Trump to operate on the basis of raw revenge, then surely it’s also wrong for Curiel to do so.
LaRaza is the Hispanic version of the KluKluxKlan.
One would not want a member of the Klan sitting in judgment of one of their targets: Jews, Catholics, Blacks.
One would not want the Hispanic Klan sitting in judgment of anyone who objects to their agenda.
