Holy crap, exsanguinating is quite a word. You are correct of course, but I prefer the .45 cal, either one will get the job done though. I thought I had a pretty good vocabulary but I’ve never heard that one before had to look up its definition. To wit:

The action of draining a person, animal, or organ of blood. A sever loss of blood.
