The "father" (sperm donor) of this little genius is a career criminal. According to the Inquisitor, Deonne Dickerson has a criminal history covering about a decade with filings for crimes such as criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, firearms offenses, burglary, and kidnapping. He was sentenced to prison in 2006 for drug trafficking.

With someone of THAT caliber as a parent, who knows what kind of parenting was going on in that home. And when the kid told his mother he wanted to go into the water, why didn't she remove him from the area immediately?
