last night I’m watching some Netflix show about Sushi. I like Sushi. Well, somewhere in the beginning they get into some restaurant where the guy is substituting salmon with some other fish, and he’s talking about “sustainability”. I thought OK, sounds good so far. But then he goes on to pontificate that we cannot use farm raised fish because that is not sustainable, so he only gets wild salmon when it’s in season..

Now I thought “wait.. what? Farm raised fish is NOT sustainable (even though they breed their own), but taking wild fish IS sustainable?”

Am I missing something on this whole “sustainable” thing or has the world gone nuts?
