Its because they don’t have the money to go and get them, or to pay for storage space to hold them.
It would have been better to give them away. Some people would have loved getting them. Even small town libraries would like to have books. When the libraries here get donated books they do not need, they have book sales. Better than having the weather destroy them. I just hate to see good things destroyed. This is a throw a way country.
