If Barky pardons her, can Trump still get to her?
She should pay for her crimes against America and Bill should be with the other Bill paying for his crimes...
It depends on how the pardon is worded. If it's a "for any and all" type pardon, then Trump can't touch her.
But here's the thing. A presidential pardon covers federal crimes only. It would be interesting to know if Hillary broke any state laws while she was Secretary of State. I doubt it, but it would be the only way to get her.
Side comment (personal rant): The Founders made a mistake when they gave the president the unchecked power to pardon.
