Their website already has a posting about this incident on the front page, and here's his take on it:
Malik Leigh was officially removed from teaching law at Palm Beach Lakes because of a complaint by the Principal. Further validating his harassment claims.
Citing a problem with his final exam and a conflict with the curriculum that he sets, Malik was handed a paid suspension by the office of Professional Standards to prevent him from further teaching his students Law. In an ironic twist, his classes will be overseen by......SUBSTITUTES!!
Attached are the "questionable" tests and class assignment "survey" and the notification letters given to him. The reason the district chose to go this route is that in case Malik Leigh is successful in his Injunction, the on-going "investigation" will clearly extend into perpetuity preventing him from returning. But, the issue is CLEARLY that they do not like what Mr. Leigh is teaching; which is THE LAW!

I highly recommend reading through the two tests, and decide for yourself which of the questions are actually about "THE LAW!".
I'll also note this isn't his first conflict with school administrators. He was already warned about unprofessional behavior for a previous incident:

I’m trying to figure out why there are substitutes? Wasn’t this the FINAL, meaning they are DONE with class???
