We are all too aware of gays. They have gained power over the normal people, and are a politically-protected class that is allowed to engage in self-destructive behavior and is rewarded for it.
And even the “religious” world is ill prepared in many instances to deal with it, because they don’t really have a robust concept of sin, righteousness, repentance, and reconciliation.
The churches have (in practice if not in “official” professed doctrine) often become fast and loose with the gift of human sexuality, and have thus undermined their own moral authority against others’ ideas of becoming fast and loose with it.
As for wanting the USA back ... God wants our individual hearts and souls back. If that is achieved across a pertinent geographical region, then a country may come along with it. But first things first. We can’t have a right to stamp our feet and demand any more than libertines do.
