As a Cruz fan I find this line of reasoning faulty. Had Trump gone out of his way to exclude, insult or marginalize Christians, then I could see an argument here. Kennedy was a Catholic but had massive moral failings, to say the least. Carter was an evangelical and fairly moral man, but a disaster as POTUS. Obama is not a Muslim, but has been as anti-Christian and pro-terrorist as any Muslim could have been.

I’m not sure about Trump’s actual faith (who though, can be 100% sure of anyones?).
I am sure that Trump has a bias in favor of Christianity.
I am also sure that Hillary (and the entire Democrat party) has a bias against Christianity.
