RE banning the Second Amendment. Even the President does not have the power to expunge any part of the Constitution or any of its amendments. Nor can the amendment be legislated away. Someone correct me, but I believe it would require a Constitutional convention for such a major change.
Again I say, what part of ‘shall not be infringed’ do these people not understand.
It’s all in the interpretation.
The 2nd Amendment can be re-interpreted to mean whatever they want.
Cubanadians and Keyanesians are now eligible to be President.
Homosexuals can “marry”.
Women can murder their children (as long as they do it before birth) and it is legal.
