C’mon Man!
They respectively went through being along for the ride and plausibly an accessory to a man’s murder, and on the road to death by OD or at best expulsion from the league, and came out the other side loudly and consistently giving all credit to God. No one can know how sincere either of them is, or whether ESPN decided it was time to bring on younger replacements their audience can better identify with, but both men have their Amazing Grace story to tell and have been telling it.
