Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Nights Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.
It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife
I think Jon is free on both counts... leaving Night's Watch AND his little fling with Egret, whom he never took as his wife. :)
As far as Daenerys breaking an oath, how could she break an oath she was not aware of, and never pledged herself to?

As the scene with Varys illustrated, that's a matter of perspective. She may or may have been aware of her obligation, but the Dothraki would see it differently.
I don't think she'll be stuck there for long though.
