Liar, Liar, pants on fire!!!
You guys are a trip...We have to watch you guys like a herd of hawks...
The question arose at a CNN town hall for GOP presidential candidates on Thursday when Trump said, "I like the mandate," while also saying he would repeal ObamaCare, which he called a "disaster."
Earlier on Friday, Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) criticized Trump for praising the mandate.
Trump tweeted Friday that he was referring to a "backstop" for people with pre-existing conditions when saying he liked the mandate, without elaborating on what that means. Trump says that people with pre-existing conditions will be able to get coverage under his plan, which is one of the most popular aspects of ObamaCare.
I was referring to a backstop for pre-existing conditions. I will eliminate the law, in its entirety, & replace it w/ something much better.

But you knew that, didn't you...
[[I will eliminate the law, in its entirety, & replace it w/ something much better.]]
replace it with multicolored Unicorn farts and pixie dust
[[without elaborating on what that means.]]
Translation- “I like mandates because it is the only real means of providing healthcare for people with preexisting conditions- but I won’t have mandates”
Yep- swell plan- very well thought out- detailed- Again- his plan only works with mandates— universal healthcare and universal medicaid doesn’t work without it- no matter how good a ‘negotiator’ one is
You see, though, it takes more than just checking off a bucket list of conservative positions to lead a nation and be President.
That's why the People have strongly turned towards Donald Trump, and have strongly rejected Ted Cruz.
Ted Cruz's egotism, narcissism, and blind ambition make Donald Trump's foibles pale in comparison.
Combine that with jumping in bed with the GOPe, adopting completely their Machiavellian tactics, and Ted Cruz has become the veritable epitome of a typical, power-hungry politician.
Ted Cruz becomes less likable with each Media appearance. His arrogance, conceit, and desperation are on full display.
He's doing nothing but embarrass himself and destroy his political future at this point.
It's becoming awkward, uncomfortable, and pitiful.
The Cruz campaign is not something the American People are going to embrace in 2016, if ever.
