I made a living coming up with way to schedule staff to deal with customers. We had about 13 million contacts a month. If you add 15-20 seconds to each contact either the waiting queue is going to be horrible or you just added a bunch of people to the staff.
Either way, your margins are going down.
You would think they would have thought about that before they started forcing people into the process. That’s the only point I am making.
I appreciate your comments...just don’t fully comprehend them.
I am a cashier @ Target. They time our transactions with each ‘guest’. They keep adding things over which we have no control (this effects timing and all of that...oh well)
Customers complain about the time the chip takes, AND they complain about being hacked... 6 of one, 1/2 a dozen of the other! Personally, I’d rather spend a few additional seconds in line...
