No he said North Carolina should have left things the way they were without a law that discriminated against transgenders. He tried to say it would be to expensive to build special transgender bathrooms, so it is clear that he is Not for any law that keeps transgenders from using any bathroom they identify with. The big tell is that North Carolina is DESCRIMINATING against transgenders. You just can’t spin that any other way.

When he said leave it the way it is he meant let transgenders go into any bathroom they want don’t make a law against it like they did in North Carolina.
