Cruzbots look through such a narrow tunnel - you could call it tunnel vision.

Again, this isn't about Cruzbots or Trumpets. It is about Cruz and Trump. The list you presented omitted commitment to smaller government and a special emphasis to adherence to the Constitution. Outside of quips that come and go on NBC matters, the rest of it does not seem to capture Trump's attention or even his imagination. It could well be that it is a quixotic goal or one that cannot capture a majority of the ADHD generation, but it is something that is present in the ideology of nearly the entire conservative movement, particularly the Republican conservative movement.

Streamling the IRS, Dept. of Education, and the EPA is a commitment to smaller government. These are Trump’s goals - which are very conservative. I’ve only heard Cruz talk about doing away with the IRS - which is an impossibility. The tax codes needs refined, but, someone has to collect taxes - so, Cruz’s position is just blather.
