Absolutely false. The term Birtherism, as you use it, is an attempt to bypass questions re facts and evidence, and to simply insist that your version is true regardless. I.e.: facts and evidence could destroy your position, so you throw out the Obama/Alinsky pejorative in hopes of stifling rational discussion.
Is that what the courts are doing too? Are all judges and all courts Alinskyites or Obamunists? Puhleeeeze! You have opinions. The courts issue opinions with the force of law. Don’t like that? Then how would you modify the constitution to teach them judges what fer?
