Obama’s mother was a US citizen and if Obama was truly born in Hawaii then he was a US citizen at birth.

I have known since passing a test on the US Constitution back in the late 60's what is a 'natural born' US citizen... I am foreign born... born in Germany, in a German hospital... to two US citizen parents... I do NOT have a born in the USA birth certificate... Thus I am NOT a 'natural born' US citizen and am NOT eligible to hold the office of president.
'Natural born' US citizenship does NOT come from Congress or a willingly ignorant unConstitutional judge, playing fast and loose with the Constitution. 'Natural born' US citizenship comes from TWO US citizen parents, birthing their child on US soil. Natural born US citizenship is akin to a birthright... Do you need Congress or a leftist judge to determine what a 'firstborn' is?
Cruz is not nor will he ever be a 'natural born' US citizen. He was NOT born on US soil, and his father did not become a US citizen until 2005. Cruz only recently gave up his Canadian citizenship...
IF Cruz is considered eligible then anyone is eligible.
Yes, he was a citizen but not a Natural born citizen. That takes two citizen parents and birth on US soil.
