Obama opened our eyes and Cruz is simply applying a truth which many of us hadn’t grasped; Court judges, apparently at most levels, are more like jesters, sometime humorous, like “Mickey Mouse is eligible to the presidency”, which, if memory serves, came from this judge. Judges serve a role of supplying the ignorant with statements that conform loosely with whatever issue the ruling class wishes to ridicule. The Constitution and Supreme Court decisions, which few have read, are as irrelevant as the truths the well-paid mandarins created by political appointment repeat.

This judge’s malfeasance would, if we still lived in a Constitutional Republic, require his removal for “bad behavior” Article III Section 1. His reasoning defies the perfectly clear unanimous decision in Minor v. Happersett and the equally clear exposition of the 14th Amendment, a much later twentieth century interpretation of which permitted Cruz to be declared a naturalized citizen at birth for having a mother, one of whose allegiances - Canada, Great Britain, U.S. - was to the U.S. His father’s citizenships were to Cuba and the Canada. The judge is insulting legal foundation he has sworn to honor and defend. If we somehow manage to restore respect for our Constitution, founders, and framers, this is just one judge who should be remembered as a joke, but not a funny joke since disregard for our legal foundations is costing us liberty.

They are all bought and sold... operating on the principal that they have to take care of themselves first, stands to reason right?
