Yes, that is happening everywhere. TRUMP delegates are blocked from being selected by their congressional district compadres and are being replaced with Cruz delegates to represent Trump. TRUMP earned 1 delegate in every district but one, in Texas. Cruz collected 3 per district because he couldn’t top 50% overall in the Texas primary vote.
Trump delegates either must lie through the teeth convincingly that they are for Cruz, Cruz, Cruz, before they will be even considered by the room, at State.
They are being quizzed even now, in preparation to be accepted or rejected at the convention, based on their performance.
These are Holy Roller proclaimed Christians cheating Trump delegates and lying in order to represent TRUMP, but who will vote Cruz.

I declare under the penalty of perjury according to the laws of the State of (STATE NAME) that the foregoing is a true and correct statement by me and that I sign willingly, without reservation and with full consent for this affidavit.

We should have every delegate convention attendee confront every Trump delegate and exhort them to sign such an Affidavit, and have Camera phones recording their every word and movement.
