Oh please. The voters in Colorado are screwed. Why can’t they vote? Seems very unfair even if they go Cruz at least they get a say in that decision.
Everyone in CO had a chance to vote. There were roughly 3k precinct caucuses back in Feb which elected delegates to represent themselves onwards. They voted as representative Republicans rather than as a pure (mob) democracy. This was traditional American politics in contrast to a Reign of Twitter with a bunch of Robespierre’s tweeting accusations. This let individual voters choose representatives, then, who’s judgement they trusted, but to defer use of that judgement until later in the campaign when things were clearer. This rewarded those willing to work harder than a tweet: low energy twits couldn’t maintain their efforts through the several stages involved.
