Trump has no proof whatsoever about PAC coordination, but lies about it anyway to deflect blame from himself.

Roger Stone has a Trump Super PAC. Can Trump proves that he is not coordinating anything with Roger Stone?

Trump and Stone's mutual friend, that Pecker guy who publishes the National Enquirer, who is to say federal illegalities are not happening between all of them?

Typical Alinsky tactic - accuse your opponent what you are already doing and force your opponent to take the media hit.

Cruz has a history of violating election rules/law. He still refuses to disclose the terms of the Citibank and Goldman Sachs loans from his 2012 Senate campaign to the FEC despite repeated requests from the FEC. It does not seem like too much of a stretch to suspect that he would violate FEC rules again to me. Cruz does has a history of doing so.
