Thanks to the Michelle Fields incident, the world has now been exposed to Donald Trump's pint-sized campaign manager Corey Lewandowski. But many people still don't really know who Corey Lewandowski is or where he came from. There's a reason for that: Lewandowski has a long history of working for convicted political crooks and greasing the skids in Washington.
Lewandowski first came to political prominence during the Jack Abramoff scandal, when he was an aide to Bob Ney, the Ohio congressman who got sent away for 30 years on corruption charges during the whole mess. Basically, Ney was convicted of doing political favors for Abramoff clients in exchange for improper gifts - an absolutely pay for play scam. In the middle of it all was Lewandowski, who publicly and privately defended Ney until the very day he was put behind bars. As the Daily Beast noted last year:
Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s campaign manager, launched his career in Washington politics as an aide to Representative Bob Ney, best known for his involvement with Abramoff. And just weeks before Ney was sentenced to prison on federal corruption charges in 2007, Lewandowski was pleading for leniency for his old boss, praising him as a “consummate professional.”
“I had the privilege of spending 20 hours a day with Bob seven days a week for over three years,” Lewandowski wrote in a letter to Judge Ellen S. Huvelle, who presided over Ney’s trial. “In that time, I learned more about life, people, politics, friendships [sic] and the importance of family than I ever could have imagined. Bob served as a mentor to me, as a surrogate father, and as a best fiiend [sic] all in one."

Yawn. All the Fields “incident” has done is expose that a bunch of so-called “consistent conservatives” are happy to use deceitful leftist tactics and smears when it suits them.
Can you folks for once, examine the substance of a news items rather than reflexively responding to any news item that is negative of your Dear Leader?

After this election, I am going to laugh my ass off at all these establishment conservative organizations such as Redstate, and Salem Media-owned websites that are going to go either crash and burn from losing readers, or get shut down by the Hillary Clinton administration.

Oh,be careful. Don’t tell that to the Trumpkins. Anything negative of their “Dear Leader” and they respond with insults (Trumpisms). This is why Trump said he can shower a hail of bullets at them in the middle of Fifth Avenue, and they’d take it lying down.
For sure, the Chicago thugs must be smashed to smithereens. But at the same time we must honestly expose the crooks within the Trump campaign.
Well, you need to tell us WHY the story is untrue. Simply branding any and all negative news items about Trump doesn’t help your guy. Even worse, showering insults (Trumpisms) on those who post such articles displays a deficiency of analysis.

This particular story is nothing but contrived BS by a reporter with a history of contriving BS against anti establishment people. Let us also not forget that this site is more accurately called Ted State ever since Erickson was given a bad case of butthurt by Mr. Trump. The fact is that Calgary Ted came out and sided with Ayers, BLM, La Raza, etc. I hope the Canadian born Mr. Haney look alike does not win this year so I can vote against him in 2018 again. I do not think that Texas needs a Canadian senator who sides with leftist radicals.
