What happened to Mr Finicum is something even murkier. Why he got out of the vehicle is interesting. Did he think they WOULDN'T shoot him as long as he didn't point a gun at them or did he KNOW what the outcome would be? And did Mr Finicum really "move" in a way that made the FBI think he was going to pull a weapon......or did they just get tired of his taunts and "put him down" like a dog?

Have you actually watched the video? They WERE firing beanbags, flashbangs, and teargas at the vehicle to try to get the occupants to comply after Finicum was shot. Finicum clearly went for his gun twice after five times saying “Go ahead and shoot me” or “You’re gonna have to shoot me.” Did he expect anything else?

If you look at the 6:18 mark in the video, the dude "huddling" down has a gun in his right hand.

The video shows him first with his hands up and then taking his hands down apparently to try to retrieve something at waist level.
It looked like his left hand was trying to adjust clothing and he was reaching across with his right hand.
Some say that is where his gun was.
Some say that he was reacting to being shot.
I don’t know what his motivation was for taunting and running from the cops and challenging a roadblock at speed but those actions usually don’t end well.
