I disagree, the “Hippies” all went off the grid and are now branded as “Neo-Conservative Whack jobs” because they still reject the government and the establishment. Meanwhile, the Fascist Democrats never really were Hippies, but rather rich kids who grew up with a silver spoon in their mouths and never missed a meal. I know, I’m one of those Hippies, gave our children colorful Hippy names, live in the country, grow our own food and have been recycling since 1975.
