What does it take to convene a grand jury?

The attorney general would have to review the evidence from the FBI investigation, then if she’s allowed to, a US attorney would file charges. Then it would be presented to a grand jury. I’m guessing a grand jury wouldn’t be called just for Hillary. They use one that was already called or on call. It’s the grand jury that indicts based on the evidence.

If Hillary gets the Petraeus treatment, charges will never be filed. She and her lawyer will go to a meeting, probably for days, where the evidence is reviewed. Following that Hillary will have to accept certain conditions to get a plea bargain. Once that’s agreed on, the whole mess goes before a judge who will probably adhere to the plea bargain and sentence her.

Given the magnitude of her criminal acts, I think she has two choices: get really sick, as an excuse, and disappear from public view or take a dirt nap. Actually the dirt nap may come as a surprise.
