Inference. But it is obvious the GOP had a plan before this race ever began. Remember Jeb said he planned on winning and he wasn't going to pander to the base.

The plan seems to have gone a little awry, but Kasich winning Ohio would go a long way to stopping other candidates from achieving the required delegates for the nomination.

Kasich is doing a job for them with some success so far.

Ohio and Florida should be interesting.
