The problem is that we have to create laws that are good for the American worker.Or eliminate the laws that cause companies to move off shore like regulations etc.
Corporations should not pay taxes either.

Also not every country has the same tax scheme. Some have VAT, some income tax. Under VAT, taxes would be imposed on purchases from companies, at the point of sale.
