If the GOPe tries to pull any shenanigans whatsoever to thwart their own frontrunner, they're guaranteed to put Hillary in the White House in November. It will cause massive voter defections, and rightly so.

So many people will end up staying home that the current overwhelming GOP advantage in voter enthusiasm will be completely destroyed.

Surely the GOPe can't be this stupid.

They're bluffing. But if they're not, then I say bring it on, b!tches...

We'll maybe they are. As Noonan sees it the Unprotected(us) have been forgotten the Protected (elites). Their zest to maintain power has blinded them to the political realities of the present age.

They didn't see Trump coming and they remain in a state of denial.

“Surely the GOPe can't be this stupid.”

Sorry, but YES THEY CAN. The GOPe isn't called the Stupid Party for nothing. I lose track of how many times they've snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. They aren't concerned what a Clinton presidency would do to the country, not as long as they get to maintain their place at the public trough of taxpayer money and retain their power. That's all they care about and the rest of us can be damned to hell.
