So, who's staying home in November if Trump's the nominee? If you don't want to vote for Trump, them vote to cancel out someone who is voting against your principles.
I guess the argument boils down to these few questions:
- Does Trump represent your principles?
- Does Trump represent some, but not all, of your principles?
- Does Trump represent some or none of your core, deeply held principles?
- Does Trump go against your core, deeply held principles?
- Does Trump go against some, but not all, of your principles?
- Does Clinton and Sanders go against your core, deeply held principles more or less than Trump goes against your principles?
- Which candidate will leave you in an overall better principled place?
- What are you willing to do about it, vote for your principles or vote against those who will most damage your principles, or just stay home and hide while the rest of us duke it out?

vote for your principles or vote against those who will most damage your principles We have practiced that little bit of insanity since Reagan left office. We have arrived where we are at, PRECISELY because we have done that very thing; we voted for the person we thought was less damaging, and the nation has continued it's downward spiral picking up speed and momentum into absolute despotism.
I have repented of it.
The vast majority will however, much to your delight I am sure, engage in the exercise of insanity once again.
