The Donald lives large, to a degree that most of us cannot even imagine, but the image still remains of the “billionaire next door”, just a middle-class guy with a little more money that most of the rest of us.
How many HUNDREDS of times has The Donald been written off, as a “failure” or a “phony” or a “liar”, and has recovered from the stumble again and again, to stride forth even more confidently and forcefully than ever?
