No, approving a Justice named by Obama should not be negotiable.

Obama’s failures to do all those things you mention are exactly why the Senate should not work with him on a Justice. He doesn’t exhibit good faith in allowing the Congress to do its oversight. And will continue to fail in the next 11 months.

Obama will not come clean on those scandals just to get a Justice named. Neither side trusts the other at this point, and justifiably so.

I didn't say anything about actually voting on the nominee or actually approving. I'm applying Trumps art of the deal.
