You are saying it’s not the status quo, then say it’s what is being implemented on the world stage right now. So how is that not the status quo? As in, how is that not what’s happening right now?
I am saying that Donald Trump is able to start implementing his foreign policy, the Trump Doctrine, even before he is even elected.
He sat down with BOR in June 2015 and said:
“I say that you can defeat ISIS by taking their wealth,” Trump told the Fox News Channel star. “Take back the oil. Once you go over and take back that oil, they have nothing. You bomb the hell out of them, and then you encircle it, and then you go in. And you let Mobil go in, and you let our great oil companies go in. Once you take that oil, they have nothing left.”
By September, Putin had arranged with Assad to start implementing the Trump Doctrine! So now, if you please, the Trump Doctrine is the status quo! Ok! Fine! I can live with that! :-)
