There has been a rumor around that Cruz does not speak it but he is my senator and I could care less. If Rubio thinks it is so important he needs to move to Mexico.

I think Rubio heard the same rumor, which is why Rubio said how would Cruz know what Rubio said in Spanish... And Cruz dispelled the 'rumor'. I think Rubio's motor mouth got the better of him, because he is one of those types that thinks so long as he is talking he is winning... When Cruz began speaking Spanish, Rubio continue talking over him.. Both looked and sounded like they were in parallel universes... I found the whole thing funny.
