It has nothing to do with the books. The other services draw customers in the door, where they then aggressively push abortions on them. PP is not interested in the other services except as a means to bring potential abortion customers in the door.
And the government should not be funding that with taxpayer dollars.

If tax dollars cannot be used in abortions, the procedures couldn’t be done in a facility tax dollars provides. PP would need to establish separate self funded satellite clinics for those procedures.
Women visiting a PP “women’s clinic” would not be “aggressively pushed” into abortions. If one wanted an abortion she could go to a PP stand alone clinic, or one of a hundred privately funded facilities that would continue to exist in every city.
