I don’t know about your state, but pulling out any kind of a camera inside a polling place in MA would get you kicked out at the least, and arrested at best. Filming voting is a crime.
Cheating a person of their vote would seem to be the greater crime. Once the curtain closes there is no other way to obtain proof of an electronic malfunction.
