Understood. And I gravitate toward Cruz because he's the purest Constitutionalist running and stood up to McConnell and his ilk on the floor of the Senate without apologies.

So we let the primary process play out and see what happens.

To my mind, a constitutional lawyer like Cruz belongs in the Senate. The president can't legislate. Trump as an executive and Cruz as a senator would be the best outcome. One would pass the law and the other executes it. I am the first to call Cruz a brilliant lawyer. His actual foray into politics has actually dumbed-down Cruz.

And I would say that someone who excels in the private sector doesn't necessarily translate the same success in public sector, especially president where the decisions are not entirely his to make.

Bloomberg is a great example of that.
