Let's face it, the establishment hates them both with an undiminished passion. They realize that they cannot control either one of them and their days on the gravy train are numbered. Personally, I think we need a bulldozer to raze the establishment (Trump) this time around. After Trump rights the ship. I would like see Cruz follow (perhaps after a stint as VP).
