Ted Cruz won last week's Iowa caucuses, exceeding expectations and capturing an impressive 27 percent of the vote. Donald Trump took second place, while Marco Rubio took third.

Excellent answer about Denver.
Rubio reminds me of the kid at the carnival - “I want that” “I want that” “I want that”, now he wants to be president, not deserving or having the experience to be president he just wants it!
>>I donât know how much money Trump had in 1982. I donât think Trumpâs father provided him much actual money when Trump was starting out. It was mainly his fatherâs reputation and political connections that Trump benefited from. Trump couldnât get financing in the beginning, so his father signed on to tens of millions of dollars in loan guarantees.
So, the article gives him no credit for the first half billion dollars and then says that he’s a loser for not putting that into mutual funds? In my world, a “mere” $10M is a major accomplishment.
Trump is a scam artist and a pretty good one. I suppose you can count that as an accomplishment.

So, after citing an article and name-dropping JimRob’s name to give it credibility, I discredit the stupid article in 30 seconds and you go back to Plan A, which is name-calling? You Cruzians are so predictable.
I didn’t name-drop JimRob. I just posted a link related to the topic. I have no idea what material JimRob may have been referencing.
If Cruz weren’t in the race, I still wouldn’t be supporting Trump in the primary. I’ll vote for Trump in the general election if he gets the nomination. Even Trump at his worst will likely be better than Hillary or Sanders.

Good enough. I’m the same way with Cruz. If he wins the nomination, I’m going to be his biggest fan!
I used to highly admire Cruz before the Iowa caucus and the Saturday night debate defense. Only his behavior changed my opinion.
I don’t believe I’ve ever bragged about Trump’s high character. I support him for reasons that ignore his personal and business ethics. I expected more, character-wise, from Ted Cruz, so I was disappointed.
The reason to vote Trump is to save our country from a two party global oligarchy. It has trashed our constitution and will only continue. Only an independently wealthy person has the private security to keep his loved ones safe in case of traps and blackmailing. The oligarchy won’t go down without a fight to the death. And there aren’t any other billionnaires patriotic and selfless enough to offer themselves up to fight the oligarchy for us.
So Trump’s moral failings are non applicable, and choosing the holiest candidate doesn’t help us, even in the off chance he wins.
