How can Rush “destroy” Trump when no one else has been able to? The fact is, he isn’t. I have heard him praise Trump on numerous occasions and I have heard him criticize him on others. The same goes for Cruz and Rubio. He has been the most balanced of any talk show host I listen to.
My bad, wrong word. What he is able to do is encourage Cruz and Rubio voters enough to split our vote. We've only survived because the establishment lane is still crowded. Once they thin that down to Bush, that will be our nominee because conservatives are incapable of implementing strategy.
You know you’re balanced when you take flack from all sides (i.e.: Rush). Unbalanced when you take it only on one side (i.e.: Levin).

Agree, except I have never heard him utter a syllable of criticism of Cruz; it is always that Cruz is conservative perfection, almost divine. He will completely ignore or spin away whatever anyone else is criticizing Cruz for.
In fact, you might say he just flat out lied away the controversy concerning the Carson deal.
